  • Sliced ham300 g
  • Sliced Mozzarella300 g
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Oregano to taste
  • Seasonings (Black Pepper, Salt) to taste
  1. Start by rolling out the pastry dough. Cover the entire area with the cheese and ham slices. Roll the dough into a rocambole shape and cut slices about 2 fingers thick. Place the rondelli slices in a refractory and set aside. Prepare the white sauce: melt the butter, brown the onion over medium heat, add the flour, and stir until a paste forms. Gradually, while whisking with a whisk, add the milk and finally the herbs, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Cover the rondelli with the white sauce, bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked. Serve immediately .
