- Salt. to taste
- Peel the potatoes and put them to cook with a pinch of salt.
- After cooking, drain all the water and knead it very well.
- Then add the flour and a little more salt. And mix everything until you get a dough that you can roll up.
- Take small pieces of dough and roll long (same as in the photo).
- Then fry in hot oil and enjoy.
