- Milk2 cup
- grated cheese50 g

- Meat already roasted (shredded or minced)1 kg
- Seasonings to taste
- Mozzarella slices to taste
- Sauce to taste
- Blend all the ingredients for the dough in a blender until the consistency is homogeneous. Reserve
- In a teflon skillet with 1 tsp of oil, make the pancakes very thin and reserve.
- With the meat already cold, fill the pancakes and put 1 slice of mozzarella, finish the whole process and put hot sauce on top.
- Obs1: the meat can be roasted or cooked for approx 40 minutes under pressure, or when leftovers from a meal.
- Obs2: the grated cheese mentioned is for pasta, if you like it on top you need 50g more
