- Mini buffalo mozzarella1 cup
- Arugula to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Start by cooking the pasta in boiling salted water as instructed on the package.
- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the tomato until it becomes very soft.
- Add the already cooked pasta and season with salt and black pepper, wrap in the sautéed tomato and finish with arugula and buffalo mozzarella
