- Parbonized rice2 cup
- Fine smoked sausage.5 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Scented Pepper2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning and coloring to taste
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Sazon Seasoning to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- In a pan put the oil, onion and garlic clove.
- Saute until golden.
- Then place the sausages cut into slices and the chili pepper.
- Cool for 5 minutes
- Then add the rice and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Put water 1 centimeter above the rice and add the other seasonings.
- You can use your favorite seasonings.
- Let it cook on medium heat until all the water is gone.
