Rice

Em uma panela adicione a cebola, o alho e deixe dourar.

In a pan add the onion, garlic and let it brown.

Em seguida acrescente a salsicha e deixe dar uma leve fritada, adicione a azeitona, sal e temperos à gosto.

Then add the sausage and let it fry lightly, add the olives, salt and seasonings to taste.

Coloque o molho de tomate, e a água para o cozimento do arroz.

Add the tomato sauce and water to cook the rice.

Cozinhe em fogo baixo com a tampa semi-tampada por uns 15 minutos ou até secar a água e cozinhar o arroz.

Cook over low heat with the lid half-covered for about 15 minutes or until the water dries up and the rice is cooked.
