Rice with sausage

Em primeiro lugar fatie a linguiça fresca em rodelas, mas não muito finas para não desmanchar. Em seguida, corte a cebola, o pimentão e o tomate em cubos pequenos.

First, slice the fresh sausage into slices, but not too thin so as not to break up. Then cut the onion, pepper and tomato into small cubes.

Aqueça uma panela, coloque a banha e em seguida junte as rodelas de linguiça e frite até dourar.

Heat a pan, add the lard and then add the sausage slices and fry until golden.

Rale ou corte a cenoura em cubos pequenos.

Grate or cut the carrot into small cubes.

Junte o pimentão picado, o tomate, a pimenta e o milho-verde, misture bem e refogue por uns 2 minutos. Procure raspar todo o queimadinho do fundo da panela para isso trazer muito mais sabor ao prato após pronto.

Add the chopped pepper, tomato, pepper and corn, mix well and sauté for about 2 minutes. Try to scrape all the burnt from the bottom of the pan to bring much more flavor to the dish after it's ready.

Coloque o arroz, mexa bem e deixe fritar um pouco. Junte a água, a folha de louro e então acerte o sal, deixando cozinhar normalmente. Por fim, depois que estiver cozido, retire do fogo e deixe tampado por 5 minutos antes de servir. Coloque cheiro verde por cima e bom apetite 

Add the rice, stir well and let it cook for a while. Add the water, the bay leaf and then adjust the salt, letting it cook normally. Finally, after it is cooked, remove from the heat and leave covered for 5 minutes before serving. Put green smell on top and good appetite
