Rice with carrot

Eu uma panela coloque o óleo, assim que começar a esquentar adicione o alho picado mexa até o alho ficar dourado.
   Assim que o alho ficar dourado adicione o arroz e mexa por alguns segundos até começar a grudar.    Depois que começar a grudar coloque água até cobrir o arroz e dê uma mexida.
    Feito isso coloque o sal(a gosto), e a cenoura também, deixe cozinhar por aproximadamente 15 minutos ou menos dependendo se você gosta de arroz meio durinho ou meio mole.
E prontinho.

Put the oil in a pan, as soon as it starts to heat up add the chopped garlic and stir until the garlic is golden.
   Once the garlic is golden add the rice and stir for a few seconds until it starts to stick. Once it starts to stick, add water to cover the rice and give it a stir.
    Once that's done, add the salt (to taste), and the carrot too, let it cook for approximately 15 minutes or less depending on whether you like medium-hard or medium-soft rice.
And ready.
