Recipe
- Put the oil in a pan, as soon as it starts to heat up add the chopped garlic and stir until the garlic is golden. Once the garlic is golden add the rice and stir for a few seconds until it starts to stick. Once it starts to stick, add water to cover the rice and give it a stir. Once that's done, add the salt (to taste), and the carrot too, let it cook for approximately 15 minutes or less depending on whether you like medium-hard or medium-soft rice. And ready.
