- Recipe
- Rice (uncle Jorge) or your preference2 cup
- Sausage2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion2 teaspoon
- Garlic with risk1 unit(s)
- A little saffron to taste
- Oil or olive oil2 teaspoon
- In a pan put oil and the chopped sausage
- Let it fry well... then put onion and garlic..
- Let it all fry... then take the rice and put it inside let it pass well..
- Add water until you don't see the rice anymore... then leave it for a few minutes and it's ready....
