  • Cooked rice2 cup
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Flour1/4 cup
  • Grated cheese1/4 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying3 cup
  1. In a container put the dry: flour, rice and cheese.
  2. In another container break the egg one at a time and add to the other ingredients.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and mix well with a spoon to incorporate.
  4. To shape the dumplings: with a tablespoon remove a little of the dough and with the help of another spoon shape a little ball and transfer it to a plate.
  5. Soon after, with the oil already hot in medium fire, transfer the dumplings delicately one by one.
  6. Fry about 4 dumplings each batch for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. With a slotted spoon, transfer the fried dumplings to a plate lined with paper towels and repeat with the rest of the dough. Serve next!
