  • Charque300 g
  • Pumpkin150 g
  • Okra150 g
  • Bottle butter3 tablespoon
  • Baked beans200 g
  • Chopped Onion100 g
  • Minced garlic5 g
  • Scented Pepper10 g
  • Smoked paprika10 g
  • Soybean oil2 tablespoon
  • Spaghetti200 g
  • Girl's Finger Pepper (optional) to taste
  • Coriander (optional) to taste
  1. Cut the jerky into cubes and desalt. Reserve.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook quickly without letting it soften. Reserve.
  3. Cut the okra into slices and fry with soy oil. Reserve.
  4. Mash the beans into a puree. Reserve.
  5. Put the pasta on to cook.
  6. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, sauté the garlic, onion and peppers in bottled butter.
  7. Add the beef jerky and vegetables. Mix well.
  8. Add the bean puree and paprika. Add a little water to form a sauce.
  9. Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Sprinkle cilantro if desired.
