  • Noodles for yasiba | 250 g
  • Carrots (cut into strips) | 2 unit(s)
  • Cauliflower | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Broccoli | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Green pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Red pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Chicken | 250 g
  • Rump | 250 g
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Cabbage | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Sauce for yakisoba | 1 unit(s)
  • Rosemary Oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Shoyu | 1/2 cup


  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions, set aside.
  2. Pre-cook carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, Swiss chard or cabbage.
  3. Cut the meat, peppers and onion into strips. Fry the meats with a little sesame oil, add the onion, peppers, pre-cooked vegetables and noodles, mix until everything is incorporated, add the yakisoba sauce and soy sauce.
  4. And finally the sesame and the rest of the sesame oil.
