  • Noodles pays for Yakissoba200 g
  • Filet mignon in strips300 g
  • Vegetables for Yakisoba (Cauliflower, Swiss Chard, Red Cabbage and Carrots)2 cup
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Roasted sesame oil1 teaspoon
  • Water150 ml
  • Shoyo50 ml
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
  • Corn starch1 teaspoon
  1. Brown the meat in sesame oil, add salt and thinly sliced onion. Reserve.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the vegetables while cooking the pasta in another pan.
  3. When the vegetables are ready, return the meat to the skillet, add the cooked noodles and the sauce (to make the sauce, just add the water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch).
  4. Cook for about 3 minutes. Adjust salt if necessary. Finish with chives and toasted sesame seeds
