  • Yakissoba noodles500 g
  • Shoyu sauce1 cup
  • Sesame oil2 tablespoon
  • Soft drumstick in strips100 g
  • Chicken breast in strips100 g
  • Shrimp 7 shaves100 g
  • Chopped broccoli100 g
  • Chopped cauliflower50 g
  • Carrot slices50 g
  • Grated ginger1 tablespoon
  • Small chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil5 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a large pan, heat the water and cook the pasta with salt.
  2. In a wok or pan, heat the soybean oil and fry the shrimp. Reserve.
  3. Heat some more oil and fry the chicken and meat. Reserve.
  4. Add the sesame oil and sauté the onion, broccoli, cauliflower and carrot.
  5. Add the soy sauce and ginger. Return the meat to the wok, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  6. Drain the noodles and add to what is in the wok, mixing well.
  7. If necessary, adjust the salt.
  8. Enjoy!
