Bata as claras ligeiramente com a ajuda de um fouet
Adicione o açúcar e bata mais um pouquinho.
Em seguida acrescente o leite, a gema, o óleo e misture bem.
Adicione a farinha de trigo aos poucos e vá mexendo até incorporar a massa.

Add the wheat flour little by little and mix until the dough is incorporated.

Depois é só pegar uma colherada da massa e despejar no óleo quente empurrando com uma outra colher
Deixe fritar até dourar, por último misture açúcar com canela para polvilhar e este pronto para servir
