Sugar for sprinkling3 tablespoon
Cinnamon for sprinkling1 tablespoon
Oil for frying1 l

Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous mass;
Let a pan with plenty of oil heat up so that the dumplings can float;
When the oil is very hot (180º C), with a spoon, start putting small amounts of dough, and fry until golden brown;
Place the cookies on a paper towel and then roll them in the cinnamon sugar.
