- Wheat flour1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Shredded Chicken500 g
- Cream cheese1 cup
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Blend the pancake ingredients in a blender and set aside. Sauté the shredded chicken and finish with cream cheese. Make a tomato, pepper and onion sauce. Stuff the pancakes with the chicken/curd cheese and place in a refractory. Top with the sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place in oven or microwave for 10 minutes
