- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Ham200 g
- Milk150 ml
- Salt to taste
- Beat the eggs, milk and flour in a blender
- In a skillet measuring 1 ladle, pour and cook on both sides and set aside.
- Fill with cheese and ham and roll in the shape of a cigar
- Arrange on platter and drizzle with tomato sauce
- If you want, put mozzarella on top and put it in the oven for 8 minutes.
