  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Butter50 g
  • Instant Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • Nutmeg1 to taste
  • Guava100 g
  1. Cut the guava into cubes and set aside
  2. On a plate, place 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of butter, mix everything with your fingertips to form a crumb and set aside.
  3. In the mixer place the eggs, sugar, butter and milk beat until you form a cream.
  4. Add the flour and beat for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add the yeast and mix carefully.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a 10x20 size baking dish
  7. Randomly place the cubed guava over the dough
  8. cover with the farofa
  9. Sprinkle a small amount of grated nutmeg over the crumbs.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
