- Wheat flour2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Cold butter cut into pieces125 g
- Oil for greasing to taste
- Chopped Bacon1/2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 cup
- coarsely grated gruyere cheese2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- whole fresh sage1/4 cup
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and butter with your fingertips, until crumbs form.
- Gradually add ice water until the dough is homogeneous.
- Place in the fridge, covered with aluminum foil, for 15 minutes.
- Open the dough and line the mold.
- Prepare the dough and place it in the molds. Pierce the dough with a fork and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until firm but not browned.
- In a skillet, fry the bacon until golden. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
- Season with salt and walnut and the bacon.
- Pour the mixture into the molds, in the pre-baked dough.
- Bake for another 20 minutes or until golden and the filling is firm.
- Remove from molds.
- Serve hot or warm.
