- (Dough) Wheat Flour1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Margarine150 g
- (Stuffing) Boiled and shredded codfish200 g
- Chopped small onion240 g
- Chopped parsley1 tablespoon
- 50 g of minced fresh cheese50 g
- Mayonnaise1 cup
- Milk120 ml
- Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, egg yolk and margarine.
- Use a fork and then your fingertips until smooth.
- Line the bottom and sides of a removable quiche pan (26cm in diameter).
- Make holes in the dough with a fork and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Reserve.
- (Stuffing) In a bowl mix the codfish, onion, parsley and cheese.
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, milk and eggs until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Add to the cod and mix. Place the stuffing over the reserved dough and bake for 30 minutes or until the stuffing is firm and lightly golden.
- Serve next.
