- Unsalted butter100 g
- Olive oil20 ml
- Sage10 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato1 can(s)
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Parmesan100 g
- Clean and cut the tomatoes in half and peel the garlic
- Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta for 4 minutes or as long as indicated on the package.
- In a frying pan that can be sautéed, put the butter, olive oil, the whole garlic clove, the sage leaves and the tomatoes
- Throw the cooked ravioli into that skillet and add half a cup of cooking water
- Sauté everything, remove the garlic and finish with grated parmesan. Pumpkin flavor is a suggestion but the sauce recipe is a good combination with other fillings.
