- Pumpkin without peel, diced, can be Paulista or cabotiã | 400 g
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Oil | 3/4 cup
- Sugar | 1.1/2 cup
- Wheat flour | 2 cup
- Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch | 5 g
- In a blender, beat the pumpkin, eggs, oil, and a pinch of salt. Beat well on medium for 3 minutes. Place this blender mixture in a large bowl. Add the sugar and mix well. Gradually add the sifted flour along with this mixture. Mix well until the mass is homogeneous.
Put this dough in a greased and floured shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until golden.
To make it more delicious, you can sprinkle it with condensed milk and sprinkle the grated coconut over the cake after baking.
