  1. Syrup preparation method Place the sugar in a pan and heat over medium heat until melted and golden.
  2. Then lower the heat and add the water little by little, stirring constantly. It will form some sugar lumps, so you must stir it a lot until it melts.
  3. After the sugar clumps have melted well, turn off the heat and put the syrup in a container.
  4. The syrup will be very liquid, but after it cools it will be very creamy. When the syrup is very cold, caramelize the shape of the pudding.
  5. PUDDING PREPARATION METHOD: Whip the egg whites and set aside.
  6. In the blender, put the condensed milk, the yolks, the milk and the vanilla essence.
  7. Beat for 2 minutes and pour into a bowl. Put the egg whites in snow and mix gently until combined.
  8. Pour the mixture into the caramel form Bake in a preheated oven in a bain-marie for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  9. Unmold and put in the fridge
