Condensed milk

Primeiro, bata bem os ovos no liquidificador.

First, beat the eggs well in the blender.

Coloque o leite condensado e o leite, e bata novamente.

Add the condensed milk and milk, and beat again.

Adicione o açúcar na panela leve ao fogo Derreta  até ficar moreno, acrescente a água e deixe engrossar.

Add the sugar to the pan and bring to a boil. Melt until browned, add the water and let it thicken.

Coloque na forma  e despeje a massa do pudim por cima.

Put it in the mold and pour the pudding dough on top.

Asse em forno médio por 45 minutos, com a assadeira em banho maria.

Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, with the roast in a bain-marie.
