  1. In the pressure cooker, fry the pepperoni sausage.
  2. Add onion, garlic and tomato
  3. Add tomato extract
  4. add the noodles
  5. Add water until the pasta is covered.
  6. Let it cook for 3 minutes after getting pressure
  7. Let the pressure off and add sour cream and mozzarella cheese
  8. Sprinkle cilantro to taste
