- How to make pressure cooker pasta with sour cream: 1 To make pressure cooker pasta with plain sour cream place the pressure cooker over medium low heat and add the oil, onion and garlic. Leave for 1-2 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally to avoid burning. .
