- Meat of your choice (I used prime rib)1/2 kg
- Tomato Extract1 can(s)
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Hot water (enough amount to cover the noodles)1 l
- Green Smell to taste
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- grated cheese to taste
- Beef broth1 unit(s)
- In the pressure cooker, fry the meat until browned on all sides.
- Add the onion and fry until translucent. Add the garlic and mix well so it doesn't burn.
- Add beef broth and salt, mix well.
- Add the tomato extract.
- The cream and mix.
- Place the pasta and cover with water. Mix.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Transfer this pasta to a refractory and finish with the grated cheese and the green smell. Serve next! Bon appetite and good cup!
