Ingredients

  • Macaroni | 500 g
  • Tomato Sauce | 600 ml
  • Water | 4 cup
  • Salt | 1 coffee spoon
  • Sour cream | 1 can(s)
  • Seasonings | 0 to taste
  • Cheese | 200 g
  • Pepperoni (fried cube) | 1 unit(s)
  • Parsley | 2 tablespoon
  • Corn | 0 to taste

Recipe

  1. Place the pasta, tomato sauce, water and salt in the pressure cooker. Cover the pan and take it to the low fire, as soon as you get pressure count 3 min and turn off.
  2. Add the cream and seasonings (I used half a knor broth, sazón and black pepper) and mix (over the heat).
  3. Add the cheese, the fried pepperoni and mix. If you want add the corn and finish (I put the corn) with parsley.
