Rechei a carne moída na panela de pressão com o alho, caldo de carne e deixe refogar.
Coloque na panela de pressão junto com o macarrão, o creme de leite e o molho de tomate e tampe. 
Depois de 3min desligue e quando a pressão sair coloque em um refratário e povilhe com queijo ralado.
