  • Large Potato2 unit(s)
  • Butter to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice2 cup
  • Cream cheese3 tablespoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  1. Place the potatoes in a pan, cover with water and bring to a boil to cook until they are soft. (Test by skewering with a fork)
  2. Remove the potatoes from the water, wait to cool down a bit and make an incision on the top.
  3. Carefully remove part of the core from the potatoes with a spoon, making room for the stuffing.
  4. Season the potatoes inside with salt and pepper and spread the butter. Reserve.
  5. In a bowl, mix the rice with the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Place the rice inside the potatoes, place them on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
