  • Milk2 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • grated onion2 cup
  • grated cheese1 cup
  • Margarine or butter2 unit(s)
  • Chopped coriander1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese500 g
  • Ham500 g
  1. Cook the potato and mash it, put the potato in a pan, the margarine, onion, cilantro, salt, milk and mix.
  2. Bring to a boil over low heat.
  3. Once ready, take small amounts of the dough and make balls.
  4. Open the hole in the center, fill with ham, cheese and close the balls
  5. Dip balls in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden.
