Potato1 kg
Eggs3 unit(s)
Sour cream2 can(s)
Milk100 ml
Olive oil to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Dehydrated Parsley to taste
grated cheese to taste

Cut the potatoes into slices and put them to cook. Don't let it get too soft as it can fall apart.
Grease a platter with a drizzle of oil and line with the potatoes. Reserve
In a bowl, add the eggs, cream, milk and mix well. Then season this mixture with black pepper, salt and parsley.
Take three spoons of the grated cheese and add it to this mixture. Mix well and pour over the potatoes.
Finally, sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
