- Olive oil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Dehydrated Parsley to taste
- grated cheese to taste
- Cut the potatoes into slices and put them to cook. Don't let it get too soft as it can fall apart.
- Grease a platter with a drizzle of oil and line with the potatoes. Reserve
- In a bowl, add the eggs, cream, milk and mix well. Then season this mixture with black pepper, salt and parsley.
- Take three spoons of the grated cheese and add it to this mixture. Mix well and pour over the potatoes.
- Finally, sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
