- After the formed gnocchi, take the water from the potato cooking and put it to boil, put the formed gnocchi in the boiling water, When the gnocchi rises, it can be taken out of the water.
- It is ready, to accompany with a sauce of fresh herbs. Parsley Cilantro Mint Basil Oregano 1 clove of garlic 5 tablespoons of oil or olive oil Salt to taste, everything to taste. Put the sauce on the gnocchi and that's it.
