- Wheat flour1 cup
- Salt to taste to taste
- Tomato Mold1 cup
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Cook the potatoes in water until they are soft.
- Peel them and press them through a juicer while they are still hot.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing well.
- Place the dough on a floured table and roll it to the thickness of your finger and cut 2cm pieces
- Bring to the fire, a pan with water seasoned with salt.
- When the water comes to a boil, add the gnocchi until they start to rise.
- Put cold water in a basin with a colander inside, remove the already cooked gnocchi and place them in the colander to give thermal shock.
- Repeat the process until all the pasta is cooked. Drain well and place the gnocchi in a refractory, set aside.
- For the sauce, fry the onion and garlic in a pan with oil.
- Add the sauce and adjust the salt.
- Pour it over the gnocchi, sprinkle cheese on top and bake in the oven to brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
