  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Salt to taste to taste
  • Tomato Mold1 cup
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes in water until they are soft.
  2. Peel them and press them through a juicer while they are still hot.
  3. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing well.
  4. Place the dough on a floured table and roll it to the thickness of your finger and cut 2cm pieces
  5. Bring to the fire, a pan with water seasoned with salt.
  6. When the water comes to a boil, add the gnocchi until they start to rise.
  7. Put cold water in a basin with a colander inside, remove the already cooked gnocchi and place them in the colander to give thermal shock.
  8. Repeat the process until all the pasta is cooked. Drain well and place the gnocchi in a refractory, set aside.
  9. For the sauce, fry the onion and garlic in a pan with oil.
  10. Add the sauce and adjust the salt.
  11. Pour it over the gnocchi, sprinkle cheese on top and bake in the oven to brown.
  12. Serve hot and enjoy!
