- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Breadcrumbs / or white flour1 kg
- Egg 22 unit(s)
- Take the potato, peel it, then cut it, put it in a pan, add salt and let it boil until soft
- Take the darkening machine, then use a fork to mash the whole potato until it becomes a puree. See if it's salty.
- Roll it like a ball, pass it in the egg then in the breadcrumbs, if you don't have it, use white flour.
