- Cook the potato well and mash it with a fork.
- Mix the other ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Grease a plate, put half the dough, make a hole
- In the filling, I sautéed about 60g of chicken with onion and tomato, then turned off the heat and mixed 30g of ricotta cream.
- Put the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough, joining the ends and forming the bun.
- Pass the yolk over the top (it can be with your finger)
- Take it to the airfryer for 25 min, or a traditional oven preheated to 180°.
