- Boiled Potato150 g
- Almond flour100 g
- Water50 ml
- Olive oil50 ml
- Salt5 g
- Chemical Yeast5 g
- Sesame to taste
- Boil the potatoes and mash them well! Mix the flour, salt, yeast and water… leaving the oil for last. I mixed everything by hand until it was very smooth. If necessary, add more water or flour, until you let go of your hands (it really depends on your potato!) Model the size you want, add sesame and bake in oven 180 degrees for 40 minutes. To brown, brush oil on top.
