  • Boiled and squeezed mashed potatoes500 g
  • Gems3 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour4 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
  • Whole milk2 tablespoon
  • Egg white3 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Spices to taste
  1. Mix the potatoes and egg yolks, gradually add the wheat flour, alternating with the milk.
  2. Add the egg whites, salt and grated cheese mix well.
  3. Place in a greased triangular roast and take to the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and unmold onto a clean, damp cloth.
  5. Place the stuffing (if you prefer) over the dough, roll it up using a cloth and cover it with the sauce.
  6. Finish with grated cheese I used mozzarella but it can be your preference and then serve.
