Boiled and squeezed mashed potatoes500 g
Gems3 unit(s)
Wheat Flour4 tablespoon
Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
Whole milk2 tablespoon
Egg white3 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground beef500 g
Spices to taste

Mix the potatoes and egg yolks, gradually add the wheat flour, alternating with the milk.
Add the egg whites, salt and grated cheese mix well.
Place in a greased triangular roast and take to the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and unmold onto a clean, damp cloth.
Place the stuffing (if you prefer) over the dough, roll it up using a cloth and cover it with the sauce.
Finish with grated cheese I used mozzarella but it can be your preference and then serve.
