- Wheat flour1/2 kg
- Organic dry yeast20 g
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Whole milk1 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to grease the mold to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- Pepperoni to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Cheddar to taste
- Heat the milk with the margarine until it is lukewarm and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix with a spoon all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
- Make a hole in the middle and add the warm milk and egg.
- Transfer the dough to a floured worktop and knead for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a sealed bag and let it rest for at least half an hour.
- After the time, cut the dough into two pieces and reserve one (you can make another pizza).
- Shape the dough into a ball and roll it out (if you don't have a rolling pin, use a bottle). Roll out the dough until it is larger than the size of the pizza pan.
- Grease the form with oil, place the dough with the edge out of the form.
- Place the cheddar all over the edge of the dough and then close the edges inwards, squeezing it tight. You can substitute cheddar for catupiry if you prefer.
- Add the tomato sauce, then the mozzarella, sliced pepperoni and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake in the oven until the edges are golden.
