  • Screw Noodles300 g
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Ham100 g
  • Green Olives60 g
  • Cherry Tomato80 g
  • Bacon50 g
  • Green Smell30 g
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive Oil, Salt, Oregano and Chimichurri to taste
  1. Put water and salt in a pan, bring the water to a boil, add the pasta and cook until al dente.
  2. Cut the mozzarella and ham into cubes and set aside. Cut the bacon into cubes and brown in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Put the crushed garlic and the onion cut into cubes to brown too.
  3. In this same pot put the already cooked pasta, mix well. Place the pasta on a platter and add the ham, tamate, olives and mozzarella. Mix.
  4. Put the salt, Chimichurri and Oregano and mix. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Or you can eat it too without taking it in the oven.
