  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Salt20 g
  • Sugar20 g
  • Olive Oil50 ml
  • Dry yeast10 g
  • Water560 ml
  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the yeast and water.
  3. Mix until a smooth and homogeneous dough forms.
  4. Add the olive oil and knead until everything is incorporated.
  5. Let the dough rest in a bowl covered in plastic wrap for 10 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  7. Roll each one of them and let it ferment until it doubles in size.
  8. On a surface sprinkled with wheat flour, roll out the dough into a circle using a rolling pin.
  9. Arrange the dough in a pizza pan.
  10. Now just cover it with the filling of your choice and place it in the oven to bake until it is at the desired doneness.
  11. This same dough can be closed with filling inside, forming a calzone.
  12. If you want to make it the size of a pastry and fry it in very hot oil by immersion, it becomes a fogazza. It's very versatile.
