  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oil or olive oil25 ml
  • warm milk250 ml
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well. Adding the milk little by little can use less.
  2. Let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour until it doubles in volume.
  3. Open the dough with a rolling pin. I usually grease the mold with a little oil and make holes so the dough doesn't puff up.
  4. Stuff the pasta with sauce, cheese, olives and oregano. This would be the traditional mozzarella. You can make any flavor you like.
  5. Put in the oven to bake.
