  1. start adding the 200ml of sugar in a pan, stir on low heat until it melts well, add the water and stir, the caramel is ready, transfer to the mold and arrange the pineapples at the bottom.
  2. in the blender put the sugar, milk, oil, eggs, oil, beat everything for 2 minutes, pass all the wheat flour to a container and pour all the liquid, and mix well, add the yeast and mix very well.
  3. pass the dough to all shape, take it to bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, 40 minutes or until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean. (Apply a little bit on the side of the mold, and unmold the cake while it's still hot, don't let it cool down so you don't run the risk of the caramel not sticking to the bottom.
