1 cup (tea) of sugar, half a cup (tea) of boiling water, 7 slices of pineapple, 3 eggs, 1 cup (tea) of oil, 1 and a half cup (tea) of sugar, 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour, 1 tablespoon (soup) of baking powder | 1 g
Recipe
In a pan, melt the sugar until it forms a light caramel (it should not be dark so as not to bitter the syrup).
Put the boiling water and let it boil until the sugar clumps dissolve and form a caramel.
Grease a round shape (26 cm in diameter) with butter and pour in the caramel.
Arrange the pineapple slices and set aside.
In a bowl, mix eggs and oil.
Add the sugar and wheat flour and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the baking powder and mix.
Pour the mixture, carefully, on the reserved form and take it to bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for about 40 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool, unmold and serve.
