  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Milk100 ml
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Ripe pineapple1 unit(s)
  • Sugar for syrup1/2 cup
  1. Cut the pineapple into slices and arrange on a baking sheet of your choice. Bring the sugar to a boil, when it is golden (be careful not to burn it) add half a cup of water and stir until the sugar has completely melted. Cover the pineapples with this syrup
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy, add the margarine and beat for another 2 minutes, add the milk and gradually add the flour until it forms a smooth dough, add the yeast and mix gently. Place this dough over the pineapples.
  3. Bake at 180° for 40min
