- Oil1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar250 g
- Cut the pineapple into slices and set aside.
- Add the sugar to the pan and heat until the sugar melts and forms a caramel.
- Then add the caramel in the mold and place the slices .Reserve.
- In a bowl add the eggs, oil, sugar and mix well. Then add the milk and stir.
- Then add the wheat gradually and finally the yeast stir until the dough is homogeneous.
- Then transfer the dough to shape and take it to bake in a preheated oven. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Then just unmold.
