- Wheat flour1 kg
- Margarine500 g
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- shrimp400 g
- Onion, chili, tomato,1 to taste
- Parsley, chives1 to taste
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour (for sauce)1 tablespoon
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Water100 ml
- Dough: mix the flour, salt and margarine with your hands until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Sauce: brown the garlic, onion, add the shrimp and sauté adding the tomato, pepper, black pepper, paprika, parsley, chives and let it sauté for a few minutes, finally add a tablespoon of wheat flour dissolved in 100 ml. of water and let it boil until it thickens, let it cool.
- In a shape put half of the dough on the bottom, add the stuffing and finish with the other half of the dough, brush a beaten egg over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 40 minutes or until it's golden.
