Beat the eggs, rice, milk, oats (can be wheat flour), olive oil, parmesan and season with salt to taste in a blender. Hit it well.
Add the yeast and mix.
Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured shape. Put the stuffing of your choice (I use leftover chicken and cottage cheese). Cover with the remaining dough.
Place the grated mozzarella or parmesan on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes or until golden.
